Mr. Harmeyer is a husband, dad, doggie dad, landowner and nature lover who spent a full career as a nonprofit leader, having raised many millions of dollars in support of education, the arts, healthcare, environmental activities and care for the needy. His lifetime of writing includes fiction, children's books, poetry and articles. He now lives quietly on a small nature preserve he founded, enjoying an abundance of time to consider what it is he has learned. Through a few words and pictures, Always Be Brave attempts to share that which stands out as important.
